CHAP. 267.— AN ACT to remove the political disabilities of S. W. Ferguson, of Mississippi.March 3, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled (two-thirds of each House concurring therein)*,S. W. Ferguson.Political disabilities. That all political disabilities imposed by the fourteenth amendment to the Constitution of the United States upon S. W. Ferguson, a citizen of the State of Mississippi, be, and the same are hereby removed. Approved, March 3, 1879.
