CHAP. 266.— AN ACT granting a pension to John McNulta.March 3, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,J. McNulta.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, the name of John McNulta, late colonel of the Ninety-fourth Regiment of Illinois Volunteers, and pay him a pension of fifty dollars per month from and after the passage of this act, in lieu of the pension he now receives.
