CHAP. 262.— AN ACT granting a pension to Frances McNeil Potter.March 3, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Frances McN. Potter.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension- roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, the name of Francis McNeil Potter, daughter of the lute General John McNeil, United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1879.
