CHAP. 260.— AN ACT granting arrears of pension to Mrs. Jane Dulaney.March 3, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Jane Dulaney.Pension in creased. That the Commissioner of pensions be, and he hereby is, directed to place on the pension rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, the name of Mrs. Jane Dulaney, the. widow of Colonel William Dulaney, late of the United States Marine Corps, and to pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars a month from the. fourth day of July, eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, when her husband died, less the pension heretofore paid her.
