CHAP. 259.— AN ACT granting an increase of pension to James C Daggett.March 3, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,J. C. Daggett.Pension in creased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, the name of James C. Daggett, late a private in Company E, United States Signal Service, and to pay him a pension of seventy-two dollar’s per month, and pay him a pension from and after the passage of this act. Approved, March 3, 1879.
