CHAP. 258.— An Act to remove the political disabilities of Robert T. Chapman of Wharton County Texas.June 15, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two thirds of each House concurring therein)*,R. T. Chapman.Political disabilities removed. That the political disabilities imposed upon Robert T. Chapman of Wharton County Texas by the fourteenth amendment of the Constitution of the United States, on account of his participation in the rebellion are hereby removed. Approved, June 15, 1878.
