CHAP. 256.— AN ACT granting a pension to Mrs. Rosa Gale.March 3, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Rosa Gale.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby directed to place on the pension-rolls, the name of Mrs Rosa Gale, widow of Captain Benjamin B. Gale, late of Atchinson, Kansas, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month from the passage of this act. Approved, March 3, 1879
