Batchelder.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to restore to the pension-roll, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension-laws, the name of Edmund R Batchelder, late private Company B, Eleventh Regiment New Hampshire Volunteers. Approved, March 3, 1879.
