CHAP. 247.— An Act to remove the political disabilities of Albert Miller Lea, of Navarro County, Texas.June 15, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two-thirds of each House concurring)*,Albert M. Lea.Political disabilities removed. That all the political disabilities imposed by the third section of the fourteenth amendment to the Constitution of the United States upon Albert Miller Lea, of Navarro County, Texas, be and the same are hereby removed. Approved, June 15, 1878.
