CHAP. 246.— An Act to remove the political disabilities of W. E. Evans, a citizen of Louisiana.June 15, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two-thirds of each House concurring therein)*,W. E. Evans.Political disabilities removed. That all political disabilities now imposed by the fourteenth amendment to the Constitution upon W. E. Evans, a citizen of Louisiana, be, and the same are hereby, removed. Approved, June 15, 1878.
