CHAP. 245.— AN ACT granting a pension to Mrs. N. E. Belrichards.March 3, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,N.E. Belrichards.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension- roll, subject the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, the name of Mrs. N. E. Belrichards widow of James R. Belrichards, late second lieutenant of Company I Fifty-fifth Regiment United States Colored Troops. Approved, March 3, 1879.
