CHAP. 242.— AN ACT granting a pension to John Etzell.March 3, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,J. Etzell.Pension. That a pension be, and is hereby, granted to John Etzell, late a private in Company B, Second Minnesota Regiment Infantry; that the Commissioner of Pensions be, and he is hereby, authorized to place the name of said John Etzell on the pension roll, at the rate of six dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1879.
