Wood, late of Company E, First Battalion, Thirteenth Regiment of United States Infantry.March 4, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Charles W. Wood.Record corrected. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized to correct the record of Charles W. Wood, late of Company E, First Battalion, Thirteenth Regiment of United States Infantry, as to remove the charge of desertion now standing against his name. Approved, March 4, 1878.
