CHAP. 236.— An Act granting a pension to Cynthia A. Mizelle.June 15, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Cynthia A. Mizelle.Pension to. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll,subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, the name of Cynthia A. Mizelle, mother of Zedekiah M. Mizelle, late a private Company C, First Regiment North Carolina Volunteer Infantry. Approved, June 15, 1878.
