CHAP. 229.— AN ACT granting a pension to John Grubbins.March 3, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,J. Grubbing.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of John Grubbins, late a private in Company A of the Third Regiment of New Jersey Volunteers, on the pension-roll and that he be paid a pension of eight dollars per month from and after the passage of this act. Approved, March 3, 1879.
