CHAP. 228.— An Act for the relief of Oliver Yake, of Sanilac County, Michigan.June 15, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of*,O. Yake.Pension to. America *in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Oliver Take on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws.
