CHAP. 225.— AN ACT granting a pension to Ludwig Ueber.March 3, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,L. Ueber.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, the name of Ludwig Ueber, late a private in the Thirty seventh Regiment of Indiana Volunteer Infantry, but nothing in this act shall entitle the said Ludwig Ueber to arrears of pensions.
