CHAP. 225.— An Act for the relief of Daniel Small, a soldier of the war in eighteen hundred and twelve.June 15, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Daniel Small.Pension to.R. S. 4737, p. 930. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Daniel Small, of Schuylkill Haven, in the State of Pennsylvania, a soldier in the service of the United States, in the war with Great Britain, in eighteen hundred and twelve; and that the said Daniel Small shall be entitled to the provisions of section forty-seven hundred and thirty-seven of the Revised Statutes.
