CHAP. 223.— AN ACT granting a pension to Hugh B. Makin, late private of Company A, Eighth Regiment United States Volunteers.March 3, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,H. B. Makin.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Hugh B. Makin, late private of Company A, Eighth Regiment United States Volunteers, but nothing in this act contained shall entitle the said Hugh B. Makin to arrears of pension. Approved, March 3, 1879.
