CHAP. 220.— An Act granting a pension to Mrs. Ellen B. Foster, widow of Edwin R. Foster, deceased, late first lieutenant of Company G, in the Eightieth Illinois Infantry Volunteers.June 15, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ellen B. Foster.Pension to. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place ou the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, the name of Mrs.
