CHAP. 218.— AN ACT granting a pension to Nathan A. Winters.March 3, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,N. A. Winters.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to place the name of Nathan A. Winters, late captain of Company K, Forty-fourth Missouri Volunteers, on the peusion-roll of the United States, and to pay him such pension as his said rank of captain and degree of disability entitle him to receive, but nothing in this act contained shall entitle said Nathan A. Winters to arrears of pension. Approved, March 3, 1879.
