CHAP. 218.— An Act for the relief of Daniel Compton, of Troy, Bradford County, Pennsylvania.June 15, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Daniel Compton.Pension to. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Daniel Compton late a sergeant in Company B of the One hundred and seventy-ninth Regiment of New York Infantry Volunteers, on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws.
