CHAP. 213.— AN ACT granting an increase of pension to Jacob Parrott, of Hardin County, OhioMarch 3, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,J. Parrott.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place on the pension roll the name of Jacob Parrott, of Fiardin County, Ohio, late a private in Company K, Thirty-third Ohio Volunteers, at the rate of twenty dollars a month; he, the said Jacob Parrott, first surrendering the pension certificate now issued to him by the Secretary of the Interior for cancellation. Approved, March 3, 1879.
