CHAP. 209.— An Act for the relief of Mrs Amanda Rains, of Illinois.June 14, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Amanda Rains.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to pay to Mrs Amanda Rains, widow of Doctor Jonathan Rains, deceased, the sum of one hun- 545 FORTY-FIFTH CONGRESS.
