CHAP. 206.— AN ACT granting a pension to De Forest Doty, of Tinmouth, Vermont, late a private in Company B, Ninth Regiment Vermont Volunteer Infantry.March 3, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,De F. Doty.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is, hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension rolls the name of De Forest Doty, of Tinmouth, Vermont, late a private in Company B, Ninth Regimen* Vermont Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension from and after the passage of this act. Approved, March 3, 1879.
