CHAP. 206.— An Act for the relief of David W. Cheeseman, of Lake City, in Lake County, in the State of Oregon.June 14, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and Blouse of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,D. W. Cheese-man.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to pay, out of any moneys not otherwise appropriated, to David W. Cheeseman, of Lake City, in the State of Oregon, the sum of one thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine dollars and forty-one cents, the same being the amount overpaid by him to the Treasurer of the United States in settlement of his account as stamp-agent at San Francisco, in the State of California, from the sixth day of June, eighteen hundred and sixty-one, to the twelfth day of October, eighteen hundred and sixty-eight.
