CHAP. 204.— AN ACT granting a pension to Daniel Middough.March 3, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 'United, States of America in Congress assembled*,D. Middongh.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, the name of Daniel Middough, dependent father upon Orlando F. Middough, late a private in Company C, of the Ninth Illinois Volunteer Cavalry, who died in the service, and pay him a pension from and after the passage of this act. Approved, March 3, 1879.
