CHAP. 184.— AN ACT designating the times for the election of Representatives to the Forty-sixth and succeeding Congresses from the State of Colorado.June 11, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Colorado, election of representatives in. That the election of a Representative to the Forty-sixth Congress from the State of Colorado shall be held upon the day fixed by the constitution of said State for the election of its governor and other State officers in the year eighteen hundred and seventy-eight; and Representatives from said State to all succeeding Congresses shall be elected upon the Tuesday next after the first Monday in November as now provided in section twenty-five of the Revised Statutes of the United States; and all laws in conflict with this law are hereby repealed.
