CHAP. 176.— An Act for the relief of Phoebe Henrietta Groesbeck.June 10, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Phoee H. Groesbeck.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Phœbe Henrietta Groesbeck, of ban Antonio, Texas, the sum of three hundred dollars, the same being the amount due her for rent of property occupied under contract by the United States, and for which a proper voucher, now on file in the Treasury Department, was given; and An amount sufficient to pay the same is hereby appropriated. Approved, June 10, 1878.
