CHAP. 173.— An Act for the relief of John C. Ray.June 08, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John C. Ray.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay John C. Ray, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of four thousand five hundred and thirty-three dollars and thirty-three cents, in full for services as pilot in the United States naval service during the late war; to take effect from and after the passage of this act. Approved, June 8, 1878.
