CHAP. 169.— AN ACT granting a pension to James H. Cook.March 1, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,J. H. Cook.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of James H. Cook, and pay him a pension from and after the passage of this act. Approved, March 1, 1879.
