CHAP. 167.— AN ACT granting a pension to Peter Yarnell, late a private in Company D, Twelfth West Virginia Volunteers.March 1, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,P. Yarnell.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Peter Yarnell, late a private in Company D, Twelfth Regiment West Virginia Volunteers, and pay him a pension from and after the passage of this act. Approved, March 1, 1879.
