CHAP. 165.— AN ACT granting a pension to Catharine Gemmill and children.March 1, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Catharine Gemmill.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, the name of Catharine Gemmill, and pay her a pension, and also pay her a pension for her minor children, John Andrew Gemmill, Jennie Gemmill, William T. Gemmill, and Catharine Gemmill, from and after the passage of this act. Approved, March 1, 1879.
