CHAP. 165.— An Act for the relief of Acting Master Robert Platt, United States Navy.June 07, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Robert Platt.To be master in Navy. That the President of the United States is hereby authorized to appoint Acting Muster Robert Platt, United States Navy, for long and meritorious services, a master in the regular Navy of the United States, not in the line of promotion. Approved, June 7, 1878.
