CHAP. 162.— AN ACT granting a pension to Philip Thoen.March 1, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,P. Thoen.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, the name of Philip Thoen, late private in Company M, Seventh Illinois Cavalry, and pay him a pension from and after the passage of this act. Approved, March 1, 1879.
