CHAP. 16.— AN ACT for providing portraits to accompany the memorial addresses on the late Senators Morton and Bogy.Feb. 19, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Appropriation.Portraits of Senators Morton and Bogy. That to defray the cost of engraving and printing the. portraits of the late Senators Morton and Bogy under the direction of the Secretary of the Treasury, as ordered by concurrent resolutions of Congress, twelve hundred dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, be and the same is hereby, appropriated out of any moneys in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated.
