CHAP. 159.— AN ACT granting a pension to James Riley, late private in Company D, Fourth Regiment United States Infantry.March 1, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,J. Riley.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, the name of James Kiley, late a private in Company D, Fourth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension from and after the passage of this act. Approved, March 1, 1879.
