CHAP. 153.— AN ACT for the relief of Henry E. Wilkinson, late first lieutenant of Company I, Ninety-ninth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers.March 1, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,H. E. Wilkirson.Payment, to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Henry E. Wilkinson, late first lieutenant of Company I, Ninety-ninth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, the sum of four hundred and fourteen dollars and twenty cents, being the amount justly due him as first lieutenant from September first, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, to December twenty- sixth, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, for which time he has never received any pay or other allowance.
