CHAP. 150.— AN ACT granting a pension to Samuel B. Robertson.March 1, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and- House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,S. B. Robertson.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is, hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Samuel B. Robertson, late a second-lieutenant Company B, Seventieth Regiment Indiana Volunteers, and pay him a pension from and after the passage of this act. Approved, March 1, 1879.
