CHAP. 15.— AN ACT for the relief of Columbus F. Perry and Elizabeth H. Gilmer of Chambers County, Alabama.Jan. 13, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,C. F. Perry. That the Commissioner of Internal lie venue be, and he is hereby, Elizabeth H. Gil-mer.authorized and directed to examine the claim presented April eighteenth, eighteen hundred and seventy-four, by Columbus F. Perry and Elizabeth H. Gilmer, for the refundingClaim for refond of tax. of taxes to the amount of four thousand four hundred and forty dollars, by them paid on successions to the collector of the second district of Alabama, on the twenty-fourth day of March, eighteen hundred and seventy, and to hear and determine said claim in the same manner as though it had been presented to the Commissioner on or before June sixth, eighteen bundled and seventy-three, and had never been acted upon.
