CHAP. 15.— An Act to remove the charges against Lieutenant Charles Wilkinson, late of Company K, One hundred and second Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, on file in the War Department.Feb. 18, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Charles Wilkinson. That the Adjutant-General is hereby authorized and directed to remove the charges against Charles Wilkinson, late an officer in Company K, One hundred and second Regiment of Army record corrected.Pennsylvania Volunteers, from the records of the Department, and that the sentence of the court-martial by which he was cashiered be and the same is hereby set aside.
