CHAP. 146.— AN ACT granting a pension to Elizabeth Teagarden.March 1, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elizabeth Tea-garden.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-rolls, the name of Elizabeth Teagarden, mother of Abraham C. Tea-garden, late a private in Company K, of the Sixteenth Regiment of Pennsylvania Volunteers, and pay her a pension from and after the passage of this act. Approved, March 1, 1879.
