CHAP. 144.— An Act granting a pension to Mary B. Marsh.May 27, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary B. Marsh,Pension to. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 536 FORTY-FIFTH CONGRESS. Sess. II. Ch. 144, 149. 1878. pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, the name of Mary B. Marsh, widow of W. R. Marsh, late surgeon of the Second Regiment Iowa Infantry.
