CHAP. 142.— AN ACT granting a pension to Henry Brown, late a private in Company C, One hundred and twenty-third Regiment Illinois Volunteers.March 1, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United-States of America in Congress assembled*,Henry Brown.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is. hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Henry Brown, late a private in Company C, of the One hundred and twenty-third Regiment of Illinois Volunteers, and pay him a pension from and after the passage of this act.
