CHAP. 140.— AN ACT for the relief of Ann Annis, widow of Harvey Annis, late second lieutenant Company G, Fifty-first Regiment United States Colored Infantry.March 1, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ann Annis.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay to Ann Annis, widow of Harvey Annis, late second lieutenant Company G, Fifty-first Regiment of United States Colored Infantry, the stun of two hundred and thirty- five dollars for arrears of pay due said Harvey Annis as said second lieutenant, from February twenty-third, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, to April twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and sixty-five.
