M. Kimmell.Political disabilities removed. That all political disabilities imposed upon Manning M. Kimmell, late of Cape GirardeAn County Missouri, by the fourteenth FORTY-FIFTH CONGRESS. Sess. m. Oh. 14, 15, 16, 17. 1879. 591 amendment of the Constitution of the United States by reason of participation in the late rebellion are hereby removed. Approved, January 13, 1879.
