CHAP. 139.— AN ACT granting a pension to Mary E. Pauley.March 1, 1879. *Be it enacted try the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary E. Pauley.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension- roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, the name of Mary E. Pauley, widow of James Pauley, late private in Regiment New York State Volunteer Infantry Approved, March 1, 1879.
