CHAP. 136.— An Act granting an increase of pension to John Murphy, late private Company F, Fifth Regiment United States Infantry.May 25, 1878. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Murphy.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to John Murphy late private Company F, Fifth Regiment United States Infantry, a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of the twenty-four dollars per month which he has been receiving, it appearing that he is totally blind, and needs the constant attendance of another person. Approved, May 25, 1878.
