CHAP. 134.— AN ACT for the relief of James D. Holman.March 1, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,J. D. Holman.Payment to. That, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, there, be paid, by the Secretary of the Treasury, to James D Holman, of Oregon the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars, in full for the value of his improvements taken by the FORTY-FIFTH CONGRESS. Sess. III.
Ch. 134–138. 1879. 605 United States and included within the military reservation at Cape Disappointment, in Washington Territory; this to be in full of all claims for compensation and damages arising out of the appropriation of petitioner’s property by the United States. Approved, March 1, 1879.
