CHAP. 133.— AN ACT for the relief of Andrew IvoryMarch 1, 1879. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,A. Ivory.Payment to. That the Paymaster-General of the United States Army, is hereby authorized and directed to pay to Andrew Ivory, late of Company , Eleventh Pennsylvania Reserves Volunteer Corps, the full pay and emoluments of a second lieutenant from the date he was commissioned as such by the governor of Pennsylvania to the date of his discharge, deducting therefrom all pay received by him from the government as sergeant for that period. Approved, March 1, 1879.
